  1. Hi Bootleg! I saw your post from 2016 about sewing neoprene compression sleeves.  I wanted to ask you which machine you ended up with? I have the same problem. I'm looking for a machine to sew k9 training sleeve protectors aka compression sleeves, , out of 6.5mm and 10 mm neoprene. Any input or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  2. Thanks for the info guys after a little more searching I think I've set my sights on a "feed off the arm zig zag machine" probably a pipe dream but I'm gonna start the hunt for a used one
  3. I have a customer who wants neoprene compression sleeves made and all of his examples are all zig zag stitched. He is wanting large quantities made and I'm not opposed to buying a machine to do the job (who doesn't like a new toy) but I'm unsure what machine to get. I've been looking at singer 20u models but don't know their limitations i.e thread size, foot lift. Any knowledge or opinions on these machines or any other zig zag capable machine is much appreciated
  4. Ameriken they will make any size slot or hole punch you want usually 9-20 bucks a piece min order of four pieces make sure you specify it's for leather and you want an outside bevel. with inside or center bevel you will have a hard time clearing material through the punch. You will have to weld a handle on it after u get it but it's the cheapest option I've found
