Gun Holster Updated
Used a vintage Perris police badge as the center design. Applied black antique stain to give it an "aged" appearance leaving the carved badge, cover strap and belt loop tab in its' natural color.
Used a Smith and Wesson M&P 40 for the gun pattern and molding.

My son Jack Henry took these pictures of the competition pieces at the show. I will upload my daughter Jane's pictures when she comes home from school and tells me where her camera is.

Leon Powers rebuild Updated
My girlfriend's grandfather was one of the best cowboys in this or any other part of the country. Her uncle found this old saddle of his and gave it to her brother. I was honored when he asked me to rebuild it for him. I think it is an old association tree and I stripped it down leaving only the gullet. I have the front jockey, back jockey, seat and fenders that came off the saddle that will be reused when it's ready. Ant tips on matching the color of the old leather with the new would be greatly appreciated.

Matt Budge Floral Cutting Chaps Updated
This is a pair of leggings I just finished for Matt Budge - he's one of NCHA's top Open Aged Event Riders. The tops are floral, dyed background, natural stitching, dyed edges. These are step-ins, with the zipper starting just below the conchos. Mincer Silversmith custom silver, engraved/antiqued. They feature Matt's initials, and his brand, as well as a few 'special' requests!
