  1. Wow! Very well done. And thanks for the mini-tutorial!
  2. Wow! That looks really good. And Good Luck with the auction!
  3. Sweet looking stick case, Spider! That inspires me to try one. My Tattooist is also a drummer for a local rock band and he's been using the freebie case he got from VF (He's VF sponsored, Tobi Wallace). Anyway, my point is, that looks too cool for school and I think I'll give it a try! Thanks for sharing!
  4. Wow! Marlon that's a fantastic job, and Congratulations on your win!
  5. Well Allan, I'm just a beginner, but I think those look pretty good!
  6. Wow, Johann, that's pretty clever! And a really great job on the tooling!
  7. Wow Justin! Not only a clever idea, but wonderful execution. Thanks for sharing those! (and I missed the transposed numbers. I must have had the same remedial math class! )
  8. Wow to the both of you! Those are amazing! That sort of craftsmanship is down the road for me as I'm just a beginner, but those are inspirational! Thank you for posting those.
  9. Thanks Kenny for the welcome! Fort Collins really is beautiful and inspirational. (Tho I truly miss the forests of my native U.P. of Michigan! [yeah, I'm one of dem dang Yoopers, eh?])
  10. Hello all! I've just joined yesterday after lurking for a whole 30 minutes! Relative newcomer to leather working, as my only experience is a billfold I did back in Cub Scouts, some 35 yrs ago! I've picked up the Tandy Deluxe starter kit and am raring to go! I'll post projects as I do them (depending on the availability of a camera) so ya'll can critique them. My main interest is in Cordwaining, though I want to learn other aspects of leather work as well. Stylistically, I lean more towards Celtic, rather than floral or western, but I surely am impressed with ALL the work I see here. Ya'll are an inspiration. Keep it up!
