    Thank you everyone!!!! I spent about 2 hours researching sizes and prices the other day...then As luck would have it I was able to manifest a free one. 1/2" X 2ft X 8ft........I was so excited! All I need to do is chop of 2 feet from the end. Thank you so much. I really enjoy making them.

    I don't even own a swivel knife, LOL. I do all mine with exacto blades and other things lying about. I love to work with the leather though, I guess I am way old school, cuz I also us some stones to do my work. I love your journal.

    I totally agree. I need to get a pair of those for my hubby. He dresses as a pirate for Ren faire, but his are plain black. Kinda boring.

    Sweet, I never thought about those. I wonder if I should cover my pattern cutting table for general sewing with that too.

    I would agree about the rivets, but otherwise that is a stunning dragon. I want one!

    I use several cutting mats contact cemented to my 4ft by 8ft work table. They last a LONG time. I replace them as needed.

    I use a number 21 exacto blade for that type of work. Cutting in very slightly from both sides.

    Castle Carnival
