  1. Hey all!! I need this machine out of here... $400...
  2. It's still available, I don't really know about shipping though, I guess I could find out, It'd be freight...oh and it's funny 'cuz I bought it in Florida LOL!
  3. Hey Equiss, I don't know if I'd call this machine lighter weight LOL! It's actually a large machine that weighs about 80 lbs... It uses large needles so would be good for saddles and stuff... I personally use a Janome for my smaller thinner goods (including my farrier's chaps, so not 'too' thin LOL) and it chugs right along. I've also heard that older singers and husqvarnas are really good too. OH, and to those who've responded, things got hectic and I hadn't been able to get back to you, I've done that now but if you don't get my messages re pm me!!
  4. Hey all! Make me an offer! I need this machine out of here! I'm not worried about replacing it right now like I was before, it's just taking up space in my shop and not getting used...
  5. Hey! Sorry about that, I was gone over the weekend, but I've responded to my pm's!!
  6. Hey! I'm getting back into tanning after many many years and want to know if anyone else here does?
  7. Hey, long time no type! Anyone want this techsew? I'm asking $500 or best offer. Pick up in south central Indiana. Seems to be a fairly basic machine, motor works really well. I don't use it...
  8. I might have some extra around...let me check and I'll pm you!
  9. Hi, We work with domed rivets quite a bit and yes, they can be cut down just like working with regular rivets. It's the peening that'll set them so as long as they're not cut too short...
  10. Hey all Since my oldest had started solids I started using the baby food jars and love using them for all kinds of stuff. Now my youngest is on solids and I have a plethora of jars! If anyone needs them let me know!!! I have too many! I've been throwing them out but I can start saving them again...
  11. OMG! That is totally awesome! Camels are my fave!!! You did a wonderful job on it!
  12. I'd love to have the Stohlman books, but I already have vol. 1 ....
  13. I feel for ya! I'm fairly new to lacing myself, and can't believe that a simple laced handbag kit (Dasher) is labeled 'intermediate' and the double laced kit (wander bag) is labeled 'beginner' are they mad? I ordered some of the little double laced zippered kits for our neighbors granddaughters (3) and yikes! On one of the kits the lacing was so cheap it broke several times! Lucky for me my hubby is a master at splicing and you'd never be able to tell!
  14. I just want to say THank You! Books got here quick, in good shape, and I'm extremely happy
  15. No, not yet, I just need to get the correct needles then I can try it out before messing with the timing
  16. Wow! That's freakin' Awesome! Love the skull! Love the coffin so far! And me too, did you use a mold? That rocks!!
  17. Quick question, is it 18" diameter or circumference?? And how much? Thanks!
  18. That's awesome! I wouldn't mind getting my hands on those books.
  19. Yeah, we have freecycle (LOVE it!) but I can't give this piano away...
  20. Hey all, figured putting this in off topic would be a good start... I have an 1895 (roughly) John Longwood and Sons birdcage upright piano for sale! If anyone is interested in it let me know and I'll post pics and such. It is considered non'playable but is a beautiful piece of furniture/conversation piece. Am asking $300 pick up here in Indiana...
  21. Hey all, didn't know if this was the right place to post this, but being that this saddle is quite old, thought here would be good! Anyways, a friend of mine has an F.O. Baird that he rides all the time. He loves it. He's also traced one or two others to where they are today, but wonder how it made it's way from California to Indiana. I'll try to get some pics as it's a gorgeous old saddle and in superb shape for it's age! So, anyone else here know of F.O. Baird?
  22. As always, beautiful work! You're a major inspiration for me to try that kind of embossing! It looks like it's carved from a block of clay! Just stunning....
