Very nice piece, and like a lot of others mentioned, the corners give the case an exceptionally clean look

What has helped me a lot for the edges is to use a dremel with a sanding drum. Just have to be careful so it doesn't skip up onto the work, 16.00 at menards was well worth it. Provides a nice clean edge which you can then use finer grit sandpaper then your final finishing "edge slicker" i use that, then add beeswax and finish with a piece of canvas

I like the design, were the 2 types of leather more or less weaves to create it?

Very nice work. I especially like the adjustable "tension rack" not sure of that's the right word for it. I'm sure that will get some good use out of it

try punching the hole and then flipping the piece over and punching through the back side too

Looks like you need to get in closer with the stitch lines, for semi-auto's i know that you usually want around 1/2 of the width of the gun away, however i'm not exactly sure how you would measure that, seeing as how you've already got one, however on your 2nd go ahead and just place those stitch lines in looks like 1/4 of an inch al the way around

Gotta say, those are gorgeous knives, and great work on the sheaths also!

Thank you everyone for your responses, I'm just getting into leatherworking and found this forum and saw a whole lot of fine pieces of leatherwork. The belt slots angle the gun to have just a slight forward cant
