I have a fairly complete leather studio for sale. I opened my business about 5 years ago, and it's time to move on to something else. Included in the sale is basically everything I have (which I'm not going to list in detail here, but if interested, I can give much more detail including pics, videos or a personal visit if you're local). Items included: Leather Machine Company Cobra 4-P. This machine was purchased new in 2014 and is in excellent condition. It is about 4x8 and includes a full surface cutting board. 45-50 Blue guns and Aluminum cast dummy guns. I can give you an exact list of the models I have. These cost around $50 each (plus shipping) new (roughly $2200 value). Numerous hand tools, including high end cutters, edgers, punches, etc. Lost of hardware including buckles, rivets, chicago screws, belt clips, etc. I have 2-3 full to partial hides of Herman Oak B/C grade tooling leather. I have about a 1/4 hide left of elephant (honey vintage), which takes a beautiful die from both light brown and black. I have a tub full of exotic scraps (elephant, alligator, shark, a small amount of ostrich, etc.) I have a half tub full of 8-10oz latino leftover. I have 2 tubs of cowhide scraps and about a 1/4-1/2 tub of horsehide scraps. I have a new branding iron as well, you'd just need to have your own logo made (or if you'd like to take my logo, you could do that as well). I'm not really selling the business name, mostly because I don't feel it's worth anything, and also because it's my last name, but if someone wanted the name/domain, I'd be ok with parting with that as well. This sale is basically for the entire set of my tools and supplies for a small leather business. Everything is in excellent shape and I have much more invested than I expect to get out of it. Can anyone tell me if a Singer 111w153 machine would be capable of sewing heavier leather used for holsters and belts? We're talking 2 layers of 7 oz cowhide. Also, what should one of these sell for used in good condition? Thanks!
