  11. I have never used the Sanata Ynez latigo from Seigel of California and was wondering if anyone who uses it could tell if the 9oz will work for saddle latigos, is it heavey enough to withstand heavey roping or does it have to much streatch? Any input would be appreceated. Elwood

  13. Thanks for the feedback, I don't get to visit or compare notes with alot of leatherworkers in our neck of the woods. I enjoy looking at the work everyone is posting, and find fresh ideas to incorporate in my work. Don - I really like the Nikkel tress, nice woodwork and smooth rawhiding. Grey - I used a small border stamp from Hackbarth inside the bead to finsh the basket stamping.
  14. This saddle is built on a High Country tree from Rod and Dennise Nikkel. I thought since I am new to the forum that I would show the latest saddle I made and get some feedback as to what I can do to improve my work. Thanks.
