Thanks Spinner I not so have well understood a question. Spirit dyes may are mixed up very well among themselves, and always transparent. Angelus or Fiebing, or other brand. White color on some elements - an acrylic paint. Under it only the pure leather, not paints or dyes. .

One of latest seats which I have made. I used Saddle tan pro & Angelus spirit dyes for coloring. All is painted by a brush, only on a paunch used air brush.

I dilute acrylic with the vodka, many airbrush artists use it, there is an opinion that it works well because of difference in water and spirit formulas. My friend dilutes water with spirit and after that uses instead of vodka.

OdinUK For background I used industrial paint, from factory where do chrometanned leather. For colouring - acrylic paints Jacquard Neopaque (USA) For finish - Eco-Flo Super Shene.
