Is anyone familiar or have experience with building baseball gloves?

Hello Everyone, My name is Michael Sacco and I am the Founder of Sacco Sports as well as a new member to the forums. Please excuse me for my lack of knowledge and terminology within your industry, but I am ready and willing to learn. Is anyone familiar with making baseball gloves from scratch? From what I gathered from talking to local craftsman, it is a tedious process (to put into kind terms) and one must have the proper machine such as CB3200 to ensure quality stitch craftsmanship. Can someone please advise? Thank you!
