About Me

We are based in Cheshire, England. We started out 16 years ago in the clothing business, making sportswear and corporate clothing, we still do this today but very specialised. The business diversified due to requests by customers to provide other branded products, so we bought engraving machines and lasers. Overt the last 5 years we have gradually been involved more and more in leather products, so after research with our customer we decided to take the step to make belts and other leather products.

We now make all types of web belts, web leather belts with tab ends, top marque leather belts with designer buckles, custom made belt and gift boxes and over the past 2 years, custom made buckles for customers. We are the only company in the UK to offer a totally integrated service for bespoke belts from a one off designer buckle and belt to thousands. Our largest contract making over 5000 belts for a customer. We supply some of the worlds best known companies as well as sole traders and we will help anyone who is interested in our products or services.

This year we expanded the operation and purchased a computerised pattern sewer to stitch complex shapes and automate many of the processes and offer customers greater choice in the design.

We now offer a trade service to small businesses for a wide variety of products in leather

The services we offer include

1) Slitting leather to specific widths from 5 mm to 350 mm to the full length of the hide
2) Skiving leather edges
3) Making leather keepers to any size
4) Die cutting leather components to size.
5) Edge finishing straps with rounded and dyeing
6) Computerised pattern stitching of components we have our own design software to create virtually any shape and stitch it, we have our own lasers at another site and create the templates for holding the leather.
7) Laser and diamond engraving of metal, glass, plastic and wood
8) Leather embossing and foil printing
9) Buckles for shoes, bags and belts all custom designed – with small quantity breaks see examples of the some of the qualities we can offer.
10) Design and fabrication service for leather products – make for customers with their own brand
11) Custom made belts in webbing, web leather combination, tab ended belts, feather edged etc
12) Custom made presentation boxes branded minimum only 50 boxes
We are continually learning and investing in technology and work with many colleagues around the world to ensure we can offer both small and large customers custom designed products without the big ticket volumes and high tooling costs.
