It might be the problem of wrong geometry between the blade an thed feeder like cutting edge is facing down or the hight. Saying without picture references.

Did you deburr the edge after sharpening?

Hi! I got this skiving machine today. Runs nice just requires some cleaning and a table. I wonder if anybody knows the model so I can search for manuals and spare parts? What DRB stands for?
