I came on the forum a while ago but didnt realise I hadnt introduced myself. I mainly make browbands for show horses (english style). Have just started braiding with kangaroo leather over the browbands, using herringbone or diamond braid. Also trying my hand at a few braided whips for the riders/handlers in leather also. I have been buying the leather already cut but I think I need to take the plunge and start cutting my own lace from whole hides in the near future.

Sounds awesome. My partner is just learning (by trial and error from youtube) how to make knives. I will mention your podcasts to him
