Hello! So, my grandpa died about a year ago and I got some of his wood carving hand tools. He was an amazing woodcarver. Unfortunately I am not, and I am much more into leatherworking. I dont think he would mind if I traded them for some tools that I could use as long as Im not just cashing them in. I really dont know anything about carving so Im including a photo gallery for you to look at. I tried to make sure any makers marks could be seen. Some dont have any though. The ones with weird looking handles have hot glue on them that he used for better grip and it comes off easy without leaving marks on the handle.
Here is the gallery: http://imgur.com/a/C6rmP It isnt in the pictures, but they all have been stored with a plasztic protector over the blades except the bigger chisel.
I am looking for:
-a set of 5 or 6mm diamond chisels
-edge bevelers of almost any kind
-Any tools you think are important to a beginner leatherworker, just make an offer!
