Just finished my Dojo Duffel Bag, 24" x 12" x 12". The body is 5/6 oz, chrome-tanned, supple, pull-up leather. The flesh side is a gorgeous burnt orange, so no lining. Exterior pockets and emblems on ends are 3/4 oz veg-tan that I tooled, painted, and dyed (Chinese tiger, Japanese dragon, Chikubukai seal, and mitsudome). By the time I make the shoulder strap, I will have assembled about 35 pieces, all saddle-stitched by hand. Antique brass fittings. Holds my gi, weapons, and towel with room to spare. I plan to use this also on the road for week-long trips. I purchased the template from Creative Awl and made changes to suit my vision (3 mm stitches, rather than 5mm; Frontier Leather, rather than Crazy Crow; different end designs; diamond punch, rather than round punch; tooled veg-tan pockets, rather than blank chrome-tan). This has been my most complicated and long-term project, which taught me a lot about cutting, handling, and sewing chrome-tanned leather. It got rave reviews at the dojo. I'm hoping to make more for a bit of revenue. I did the photography and compositing today and still need to post this on my website, https://www.crozetleatherdesign.com/.

WILDER WINS COURT FURY. SUPER FUNCTIONS SHOULD HAVE A FIGHT IN SEPTEMBER
Robert01 posted a blog entry in Sports opinion
Fight Tyson vs Joshua in jeopardy The arbitral tribunal ruled in favor of American Deontay Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KO) in the case concerning the third fight with the WBC heavyweight champion of the world by the British Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KO) and the fighters should hold fight on September 15th, according to ESPN journalist Mark Kriegel. Note that earlier Fury said that an agreement was reached on a unification match with WBO / WBA / IBF champion Anthony Joshua (24-1, 22 KO) and the rivals will meet on August 14 in Saudi Arabia. Note that the trilogy with Wilder can deprive the "Gypsy King" of a substantial fee, which he and AJ should have received for their fight. Written with https://xsport.ua/boxing_s/ -
Hello, I'm looking for a leatherworker based in the UK or who can ship to the UK, to provide an order of all leather bucklers, at least two in the first instance and possibly more. Purple Heart Armoury used to produce an all leather buckler, but have since discontinued them. My club used these for HEMA training, but all of our kit has gone missing and we're now looking to resupply, and Purple Heart Armoury was the only supplier I am aware of, so now we're looking to commission some. A buckler is appromixately 15" diameter circle, with an outward facing "boss" as shown in the image, which covers a hand grip hole in the main face of the shield across which a grip is attached. In the pieces we had from PHA this was entirely made of leather, including the grip, but was solid and sturdy (we used them for sparring and they held up perfectly well to solid strikes from wooden training weapons) The leather construction was perfect for us as it allowed for controlled contact in our sparring, which is not very practical with the more readily available wood and steel or hard plastic varieties. So, what we're looking for is basically a 15" disc with a central cutout, boss and grip, for training purposes. The leather must be stiff and solid enough for moderate contact martial arts practice. The grip doesn't have to be leather but it seemed to work well on the ones we had. From memory there was stitching around the rim so I assume the main shield portion was constructed of layers of leather. The key is that the central convex boss section was solid but not hard, so the buckler could be used to strike at the head and body so long as the strikes are pulled, without the risk of serious injury as would be the case with wood or steel. If anybody thinks they could produce these for us, or if you have any further questions, please contact me - alchemicalsolution at yahoo.com

Hello everyone, I'll go ahead and put this out there, I'm a 19 year old entrepreneur with the passion of playing the game and making money off the game at the same time. This is my first product being offered in the baseball market. I have dealt with multiple types of services in the market but I have now created my next venture. Being a part of this forum opened up an everlasting supply of resources for me but this is what I am searching for as of now. If you have any info that you would like to share with me, I'm all ears. Monogram machine, preferably used to start out with. Clicker, I know of a few models but not sure if it's appropriate for what I need. Leather softener to make it easier to turn glove inside-out during the sewing process. What kind of lace to sew to bind the two leather sides together. A good felt supplier A supplier for plastic to use on the clicker. That is a start for me, I have gone a far way since I started in July. Now it's time for me to get down to business and start making some real money. If you feel like you can help me out anyway feel free to PM me. In business its all about connections so lets take advantage of that by helping out one another. Alec Kozicki Kozicki Sports
