Adler 220 / Singer 144w - need measures of the check springs

I would need inside and outside measures of the 2 part check springs for the Adler 220 and (afaik) the 144w Singer has the same springs.

I guess (only a guess) they could fit for a restoration project I´m working on.

Hope someone can help me with this.

Neither nor    -  I have a Singer 145K (left stand cylinder arm Singer 45K variant) I´m working on and the tension unit is missing the 2 springs or better some one put an odd DIY spring in it. The regular 45K springs do not work cause they are wound differently. The springs that came to my mind were the Adler 220 springs cause when I look at the tension unit and consider how the spring works they appears to be correctly wound for my 145K.

Meanwhile I learned the Singer 144 spring is one piece and the Adler 220 is two piece - like the 45K springs.

So my assumption it the Adler 220 springs could work - hopefully - and they are easier available for me.

So question is do they fit size wise.

springs should be.  Will not be cheap.

One spring fits into the other

the one outside is 220 00 0340 and measures 17 mm inside and 19 mm outside

220 00 4840 measures 13,8 and 16,4 mm

(there are no part numbers on the springs of course but this is what the springs in my 220 mesure)

Spring is a little larger than needed but it is an option but requires modification.
