Greeting all... I just started into leather working a few months ago and found this forum while I was web searching for Cowboy holster styles and patterns, and found the sticky of Jim Simmons with his holster tutorial. I've just been making little practice items like these tool holsters for me, and my most recent endeavor was a stacked leather handle for a Buck 639 Fieldmate knife that originally had an over molded  green Kraton (synthetic rubber) handle.  I'm looking forward to learning new things here and increase my skills.

Those holsters look quite nice and that stacked handle is a thing of beauty. Welcome!

Welcome to the forum!  Nice start to your projects.  That handle is fantastic.  I also love the stamping pattern around the snap on your compass holster.
