KnifeNetwork.com is having some issues migrating to new servers this weekend. Should be back up soon. I made my stitcing pony from the tutorial for less than $20 USD on a Saturday morning. BTW the tutorial author is Chuck Burrows of Wild Rose Trading Company, www.wrtcleather.com. I tried the site this morning and the site is down also. I think it may be hosted by the same ISP that hosts KnifeNetworks. Hopefully the ISP will resolve the server issues and everyone will be back onlne soon.

Thanks for the update, I'll keep checking from time to time

I'm also trying to build my own stitching pony.

I saw the design in Al Stohlman's Hand Sewing book, and I see the Sit-N-Stich, which I really like. Interestingly enough, I just ran across this one http://www.ubuilderplans.com/?q=node/10 on the web.

Does anyone have opinions for a foot-operated version?

cheers,

Tae

I have Grabowski's model and it is WONDERFUL. I highly recommend it. Actually, I recommend anything he makes. I've bought several of his inlaid boxes for covering. While I've had a personal falling out with the man, his workmanship is excellent.
