Nice. Some folks aren't familar with Deviantart. So I thought they should get to see more of your work.

Now if someone can just get Lucy Lawless to don that in a feature length Zena movie.

Way too nice to keep on a mannequin.

It's alright, there's a pretty lady who's commissioned this to fit her so it'll be going to a good home.

Whew! Wow! When are you writing the book or holding workshops?

BTW, about how much to people pay for that?

3-4K for something like this, or what it will be when it's finished, the full suit I mean. Just for the corset I'd have to estimate somewhere around 700-1K depending on certain things...

Very beautiful armor and the price is justified.

Good choice of color ;)

I wish achieve your level in leatherworks.

Good continuation

I am so pleased that you ARE getting those prices. They certainly are worth it. I get so tired of people that expect quality art to be sold for the price of mass-marketed junk made with slave-labor and are nasty when you aren't interested in the job...

Digging into old archives I came across this post. Your work is truly out of this world! Looking at your website it amazes me that you can find people willing to pay $10-35,000 for a suit of armor but it is so cool to see what you are creating.

As someone who works with leather and used to build high end custom kitchens I'm thankful for people with the money to allow artists and craftsmen to spend the time required to make truly stunning functional works of art like this.
