Juki TSC-441 stitch length plate

Hi there,

looking for a replacement stitch length/reverse plate for my Juki TSC-441—does anyone happen to have one on a parts machine or know where I can go to get one?

Try Japan Sewing Machine & Supply Co.  (905) 764-0100 in Richmond Hill or Civit Sewing Machines in Lucan (800) 388-3638 / (519) 227-1193. Another option maybe a plate from a clone machine like a Cowboy, Cobra or Techsew machine would work.

If you want genuine, contact MJ Foley.  The are the master distributor for Juki in North America.  Cowboy 4500 parts may fit that since they are a clone of the Juki 441.  Contact Bob Kovar at Toledo Sewing.  Certainly will be cheaper than genuine Juki parts.  The part number for that plate is #211-52905.

Thanks for the part number—I was having trouble finding the service manual, and this part isn’t listed in the instruction or service manuals. Looked up that part number and found a .pdf of the engineer’s manual.

The machine came with an Efka pneumatic setup on it, but I would prefer it on a regular servo/manual setup so I’ve stripped it down. Whoever installed the system removed the side cover plate to make room for the piston for the auto reverse. The photo is not the actual machine, just a stock photo for reference to the part.

Was asking to make sure you weren't buying a new one instead of shimming out the old one to get the reverse stitches to line up.

Burkhardt; The forward/reverse lengths can be adjusted to match without shimming the plate. There is an eccentric cam on the internal mechanism that will allow you to match forward/reverse stitches.
