black vol box upper left corner won't go away

So this darn box keeps popping up and I can't get rid of it no matter what I do. I've tried all the online suggestions nothing works. It pops up at any random time and stays there theonly way to  get rid is to reboot but then it just pops up again does anyone know how to get this gone for ever??? Please its driving me nuts

Need a lot more information to be able to understand and to help you.  What type of device are you using?  What operating system?  What browser? Do a screen capture and post it so we can see what your box is.

My guess is that you have Netflix running (maybe in the background) and it is programmed to keep the volume controls on top of all windows.  I've seen similar behaviour from other software where it won't let you bring another window to the front.

It has nothing to do with Leatherworker.net.
