New shoes for an old friend

Recommended Posts

:rolleyes2: This is a factory made holster that I have worn for 3 plus years. It has held up pretty good considering what I've done to it.

So I decided to try and make a new one  for my Sig  365 xl everyday carry (and I do mean everyday). Let me know what you think.

Thanks, now I have to  break it in, it's 8 to 9 Oz and heavier leather than the other one

Very nice new for old  and I was curious as to leather weight on first one. Must have been like 5 oz to wear out that much in a few years. I'm sure the new one will last much longer.

The original was a Tagua  brand and it is about5 or 6oz. It held up very well considering I  would crawl around under my backhoe or truck and never took it off. Needless to say I have  stopped getting on the ground unless I fall:wacko:

The new one looks very nice but that old one has lots of character!;)

The character it has was earned from daily use and abuse , it deserves a retirement :rip_1:.  I believe that I got my $35.00 worth out of it
