pengkegu Report post Posted October 17 Recently, I received a shoulder bag from a customer, and the hardware had fallen off, so they asked me to repair it for them. The customer requested that the repair be seamless, so I first removed the edge paint from the bag and then took out the stitching, but I didn’t cut it because I would need to sew it back later. After removing the edge paint, I could see that the screws inside had come loose, so I tightened them and applied some screw glue to prevent them from falling off again. The following steps are to reattach, paint the edges, and restitch.

DieselTech Report post Posted October 17 Nice job on the repair. Can I ask? What edge paint are you using? & did you smooth it out using heat? Thanks.
