Juki 1341 timing belt replacement DIY?

Hello,    Long time tinkerer and have had no luck finding a manual or video showing how to. 
I get the general idea, but would hate to forever throw off my feed timing by screwing something up.

Is this a project that a diy/prior jet engine mechanic could tackle? Or best left to find a shop?

Well I’m back, I was able to replace the timing belt and of course like I expected I really screwed my machine up. I paint dot matched the bottom pulley with the take up lever in the highest position and somehow now my max stitch length is not ever 1mm forward and reverse. I had great difficulty with the reverse lever arm reinstallation and still not sure if I have that contraption back together correctly. Just odd since I match marked the pulley. 
I’ll post video tomorrow if the feed dog movement and beg for help.

Another update, I think I’m out of the woods.  Turns out don’t mess with this!  My timing belt marks are good, I just screwed up the top feed driving rod position by replacing a stripped out Allen head bolt and during reassembly didn’t line up #3 in the diagram, it has 2 screws and I lined up the wrong one.  (Destructions say #1 screw, and I picked the wrong one)

Congratulations!  Sounds like a harrowing ordeal.  Glad you prevailed, and thanks to @chisel for the engineer's manuals.  Much appreciated.
