Members RidgebackCustoms Posted January 24 Members Report Posted January 24 Finished the latest Bible binding project. Certainly not understated, lol. I think it would be a cool special Bible to bring out at Christmas with the red and white theme. Looks like a candy cane. Liner is white lambskin. The exterior is red waxy leather from Badalassi Carlo with the same white lambskin liner. I've got plans for more, but I've exhausted my leather budget for the month. Maybe next month. Quote
Members Gezzer Posted January 24 Members Report Posted January 24 Very nicely done and certainly won't get lost on the pew Quote
Members Beehive Posted January 24 Members Report Posted January 24 I like it! The three page keepers are a nice touch. The pull up on the brilliant red gives it motion. Makes you look. The crosses are uniform, well spaced. Fit looks good. I don't get the impression the cover is fighting the book. Nice work. Quote

Members Brokenolmarine Posted February 18 Members Report Posted February 18 I really like it. Our Pastor in Hawaii had a custom tooled cover for his personal bible. It was very worn around the edges. Protected his bible, but showed it got a lot of use. His cover had been a gift from a saddle maker in his previous congregation. Quote
