I’ve got a Consew 255RB-3 sew machine the when you rotate the hand wheel the walking foot hits the feed dog at the max height of the needle bar, is there an adjustment to make the foot touch the wheel right before the needle does

In the parts manual go to page#3,item#50 is the cam you need to turn to change when the inside foot comes down,loosen both screws #50
