Problem with feed - Singer 211 U166A

I've got a problem that I've never encountered before. I fixed a badly mistimed hook, but then this started happening. 

As you hopefully can see inr the video, the feed is pushing forward and then back with each stitch. Does anyone know why it is doing that? Thanks in advance

@AlainaZHave you checked to make sure your safety clutch isn't kicked out?Always check it b4 re-timing your hook.Be sure the A & B marks

line up.

You can do a longer video on YouTube and post the link here.  Then there's no file size problem.
