I have two 5-6 ounce leather straps Ive cut. I’m going to tool one side. Do I glue everything first and then tool or should I tool the single 5-6 ounce and then glue and sew? Thanks

I would tool and then glue after it dries out good.

There are very few times when it is optimal to tool later . . . as a rule . . .  stamp it and tool it first.

May God bless,

If you glue it and then tool it you could end up with some unwanted marks on the other side.
