This one is a dual-layer (doubled) 1-1/4" wide concealed carry/off-duty gunbelt with a polished brass Weaver buckle and fancier-than-usual Chicago screws. Seven hole, spaced 3/4" apart. Hermann Oak for the leather, Artisan for the Toro 4000-P monster stitcher. :red_bandana:

Great job. Do you make the belt keepers? If you do, how do you get the grooves on them?

Beautiful, Bruce.

Do you reinforce your belts, extra leather, or sew in a stiffner of some sort?

Hey Bruce. You probably don't remember but you answered few questions I had over at the pistol smith forum. I stumbled onto this site several days ago and one of the first things I thought was "gee I wonder if that guy that makes those nice belts knows about this place". Obviously you do.

Anyway nice belt as always. Where does one get those fancier-than-usual Chicago screws?

Another super belt Bruce,

My son would be proud to have one like that; I wish the OSHP would upgrade theirs a bit.

Thanks for the kind words, everybody.

Jason...welcome to the forum! You'll love it here.

SkipJ...I do make the keepers. The grooves are done with a #5 creaser, and they're hand-sewn. I prefer to hand-sew them versus using a heavy staple. You don't see either one, but as a maker I know it's there. It's a quirk I've got, I reckon. Anyway, staples corrode, so I take 5-minutes to hand-stitch.

Russ...All the gunbelts I make are dual-layer, Hermann Oak, bonded & stitched. I don't use any additional reinforcement, at this point anyway. Several of the big-name makers offer that option.

If you'd like to see some fine holsters & belts, wander over to www.thebeltman.net, or www.tuckergunleather.com.
