Need help with Np4 skiver

I bought this skiver used and it did work for a while but since I moved it seems to be jammed the belt on the outside was loose  soI tighten it up now nothing is moving.

I bought this skiver used and it did work for a while but since I moved it seems to be jammed the belt on the outside was loose  so I tighten up the belt and  now the adjustment knobs don't move so I undid the adjustment on belt still cant get it to work any Ideas that can help. Thanks

I merged your 2 posts looking for help to fix your NP4 Skiver.

Please do not clutter up the forum by reposting in a new post.  You could add a picture or 2 showing what you have attempted to do to fix it.  Also you could contact @RockyAussie and a couple others that have posted about these machines.  You could do a search to find posts about NP4s and other skiving machine versions.

I've done all of the searching I also contacted the Leather Machine Company but never heard back from them and theres nothing on youtube about this problem.I will cantact @RockyAussie to see if he can help me thnk you for you input.
