Hi.

Today I finished the latest belt. I used Oakleaf Belt Craftaid

I like the way you did the border on the belt & buckle, thought it was real wood at first....lol

I think it's Awesome! I love the color combination and really like the way the buckle is put together... Keep up the great work!

Wow, that belt is really nice! May I ask you how you did the coloring?

If I did such a belt I would use

1.)Antique finish

2.) black acrylic lacquer for the backgrounds with a really fine brush

3.) any kind of acrylic finish to fix the antique.

But this way dures pretty long. Is there any better way?

Spirit dye for the backgrounds, Oil, Antique finish and Super Shene.

Faster way I do not know.

Here many more skilled people, probably someone will comment.

What backgrounder did you use? Was it a pebbler? If so which brand?
