Sasquatch Report post Posted March 31, 2009 Just finished this up for a client. Was working on it for a few days to get the stitching right... Wow loads of work with no stitching pony. Finally got er done after about 3 types of needles later. What do people here use for pre-punched leather projects? I settled on tapestry needles I liked how the ends were rounded. Thanks, Mike. Use the smallest one your thread will fit through the eye of. Only one suggestion; Finish the edges on the narrower strap before sewing it onto the wider one. Besides that, everything looks great. I wounder how similar they are to the tapestry needles I have...? Yes I need to invest in a burnisher for my edging. I also forgot to use my gum trag before I finished it.
