hidepounder Report post Posted May 4, 2009 I am looking for outlines of maple and oak leaves small enough to fit on a 1 1/4 inch belt. Does anyone have something I could use?TerryN Do a Google search for line art, when you find something you like, print it, then reduce or enlarge to the size you need. Easy! Hope this helps, Bob

Vikti Report post Posted May 19, 2009 If you can get it, George Hurst has a book out called "The Mighty Oak" that has a good bit of pictures. You can get it from Hidecrafters. Damon
BearMan Report post Posted May 19, 2009 Hi TerryN, I'm finishing up a project I hope will give you some inspiration. It's totally covered with Natural design leaves. kevinhopkins Report post Posted May 20, 2009 For what it's worth, if you're close to a Tandy thing, they've got a book called how to carve leather that has a zillion leaf designs in it, many of which would lend themselves to be reduced. So does their Lucky 8 and Belts Galore books. Happy Hammering!
