Contributing Member rdb Posted March 31, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted March 31, 2008 Finished this up today. It's one I started a couple months back, but just did about 8". It just never struck me right. My wife really liked it, and kept mentioning it. I finally had to finish it. I don't have a supply of needles yet, so I think the needle in the machine was to big for this weight (7-8). On a drunken night, my handstitching would look better than that..oh well. Saddle tan base, leather balm, and then ant. black. Quote Web page Facebook

That is so true, I'm currently experiencing this, but hey, i think I will get a really cool colouring with this project. I think without buckles produces a cleaner look but mostly I'm concerned that they will scratch the guitar.
