JLSleather Report post Posted February 12, 2010 Got this in the mail today ... is this "first blood"? Yes, I got his permission to post a pic, not sure my camera did it any justice ... THANKS, Johnny!
wildrose Report post Posted February 13, 2010 Our latest Pay It Forward (found under "All about us and off topic") encouraged members to make a card 3x5" or smaller, and send it to the next name on the list. This post is to show off what you got, or what you made. I didn't take a pic of mine, so I'm hoping Dawn will post a shot of it...

pete Report post Posted February 17, 2010 I held off posting mine until dirtclod received it. He let me know this morning it arrived there already, so here's mine: Kate Did you tool the signature or is that a stamp? I can't tell from the picture. If it is a stamp then it's really neat! pete
JLSleather Report post Posted February 17, 2010 If that signature is a stamp, she has either a hydraulic press or 20" biceps
CitizenKate Report post Posted February 17, 2010 Did you tool the signature or is that a stamp? It's my maker stamp. A little different from the oval-style signature, but it seems to suit what I do. If that signature is a stamp, she has either a hydraulic press or 20" biceps LOL I use a 6lb maul. Kate

JLSleather Report post Posted March 2, 2010 Alrighty, then. Been like 10 days, and since the mail lady said it would take 2-3 days, I'm guessing Storm's card is in the wind. No tracking number, thought it was all in fun (figures). Anti-climactic now, but here's what he didN'T get...

Deb59 Report post Posted March 2, 2010 Here is a picture of the trading card I received from dirtclod. IT is a carving of a spotted carp. A spotted carp is supposed to bring good luck - It's great -Thanks for the card!
Deb59 Report post Posted March 2, 2010 I have my card finished to send to Duddy, however I cannot find the address he sent me. I have emailed asking for it again, so Duddy if you see this post, this card is waiting to be on it's way to you! Thanks Deb
JLSleather Report post Posted March 4, 2010 (edited) You are absolutely correct I didn't recieve anything. No worries! I was really looking forward to this thing. Weird for me, cuz usually I'm the last guy to care about such things. While I appreciate your gracious attitude, I'd really like to conform more closely to the selfish pig that I am and have my fun in this thing I'll send you a pm, so you can confirm that I didn't send the thing to the wrong address (on top of pig-ish, I'm not that bright, either). I thought I'd missed out, but if other folks aren't "done" yet, I can still get in ... Really? Message blocked? Well, Okay. ... wildrose Report post Posted March 4, 2010 I think several people are still working on theirs. Plus, there are some like me who neglected to take a pic of their card before they mailed it.
