Members TroyS Posted February 23, 2010 Members Report Posted February 23, 2010 A while back I did a motorcycle seat for Toppers Tree Service. Well, my wife's son saw it and thought it was the 'Bees Knees' so I made him a Belt & Buckle for his birthday. Tell me what ya think?? Quote Troy

Ambassador abn Posted February 23, 2010 Ambassador Report Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) IMHO, that's the nicest belt that's been posted here recently. The wood-grain detailing is perfect in every way, as is the color. It's almost too nice to wear. Beautiful! Edited February 23, 2010 by abn Quote
Members Butch Posted February 23, 2010 Members Report Posted February 23, 2010 Very cool Troy. I like how you used the backgrounder for the knot holes. Butch Quote Never approach a bull from the front, a horse from the rear, or a fool from any direction. Facebook
TimKleffner Posted February 23, 2010 Report Posted February 23, 2010 Troy Good piece. You've got some good clean simple lines going on. Elegant in a simple way. Happy tooling Tim Quote It's hard to fail, but worse never to have tried to succeed.Theodore Roosevelt

Members Haystacker Posted February 6, 2011 Members Report Posted February 6, 2011 Wow. Just saw this. I think your belt and buckle are unique and original. But mostly, I think it is a work of art. Outstanding! Quote haysholsters@hotmail.com NRA Life Member

Members Wishful Posted March 28, 2011 Members Report Posted March 28, 2011 Great looking piece! I am wondering what you use for your lines within each board. Are you using a swivel to cut the interior lines or a stylus? I have tried both ways, I like the thinness of a knife but like the control I have over the stylus. Maybe I just need more knife practice. .. Quote
