Members craftsman827 Posted January 12, 2008 Members Report Posted January 12, 2008 (edited) Here is a new matchbox holder I just completed. It's an order, the one on the left is an old one thats in my house. The one on the right is the order. I can't seem to locate the hanger I used on the original one, It was 10 years ago. DOES ANYONE Know where to get one????? I know O.T.B. & Weaver has D-ring with clip attached.Which is what I'll wind up using. I would like to use the original one which I purchased in a craft store 10 years ago, can't seem to find it now. Any help would be apprecated .. Edited January 12, 2008 by craftsman827 Quote

Ambassador freak Posted January 17, 2008 Ambassador Report Posted January 17, 2008 Very freakin cool. It's a little dark on my screen here. Is it all leather or is most of it wood that's covered w/leather? Would you be willing to share some measurements or say a pattern or what not. I love the idea and even though i don't smoke anymore i want one. Quote
Members craftsman827 Posted January 18, 2008 Author Members Report Posted January 18, 2008 Freak, It's made with one piece of wood for the backing, & 0ne piece of leather folded & tacked to the wood. I have the measurements at work, which I go back to on Saturday. If you want any measurements I'll be happy to give them to you, when I get back to my shop on Saturday. By the way, I got the pattern from an old issue of "Make it with leather" It was from the craftool corner by Gene Noland,Which was in every issue in the 1970's.. I'll get the exact issue or I can scan & copy & post,we'll see. Quote
