Members conceptdiba Posted July 10, 2010 Members Report Posted July 10, 2010 Just finished this for a customer up-island. Would love to hear your guys' thoughts! Specs: 7oz oiled cowhide oiled 17th-century style tanned lambskin lining (I wish I knew a bit more about this lining...smells a bit like playdoh and has a really interesting finish) fully hand-stitched, no sewing machine. solid brass hardware Quote
Ambassador Luke Hatley Posted July 11, 2010 Ambassador Report Posted July 11, 2010 great looking Bag. I do like the way you bound the edges. Quote

Members lowes48 Posted December 25, 2010 Members Report Posted December 25, 2010 Fine job! I bet that took a long time! I hope your fee was enough to cover having sore fingers for 3 weeks! Merry Christmas! Quote
Members utspanishmustang Posted January 12, 2011 Members Report Posted January 12, 2011 I love this! I want to make one like for me. I love the leather you used. The same look and feel I'm going for Quote
Members Loren Posted January 18, 2011 Members Report Posted January 18, 2011 Very nice looking bag. Why hand sewing? The binding looks good. I have been kicking around some ideas to do some raw edge binding on some bags. I like the look for that bag. Loren Quote
Members GrampaJoel Posted January 19, 2011 Members Report Posted January 19, 2011 Now that is a very comfortable looking bag! Very nice job. Quote
