Members SouthernCross Posted September 18, 2010 Members Report Posted September 18, 2010 Does anyone know where I can find round elastic cord, like the kind you'd use on an archery armguard and such? Neither Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics has it. Quote
Members BIGGUNDOCTOR Posted September 19, 2010 Members Report Posted September 19, 2010 I have seen it on spools at hardware stores, camping outlets, and marine supply stores. Ask for bungee cord. Quote You laugh at me because I am different. I laugh at you because you are all the same.

Members JamesR Posted October 3, 2010 Members Report Posted October 3, 2010 SouthernCross, Hello. I make lots of archery armguards and I have found this stuff to be the best. http://www.apsltd.com/c-1506-shockcord-stretchcord-webbing.aspx I use their Shockcord Novatec braid in 3/16 size. The larger diameter is easier on your arm and you can melt the end to prevent unraveling. Most of the armguards I have seen use cloth covered cord which can not be melted. Jim. Quote
