Yes it is a suggestion but if you read the comment there is no way to know what section the poster intended it to be in. The moderating team (Especially Johanna) doesn't necessarily check the 'patterns and templates' forum all that often. We DO check the 'Feedback and Suggestions' section for threads like this one, designed to help the forum members.
