Members corter Posted May 17, 2008 Members Report Posted May 17, 2008 well, my computer's shot (again) so these are all rough processed in iphoto, i need to rebuy all my programs. here's some more recent work, all wallets but one notably is a purple long wallet for my mom for mothers day. I think last monday marked 8 months i've been into leatherwork, i'm pretty happy with where i'm at I tried doing a burst dye effect, it came out allright: Quote
Ambassador Beaverslayer Posted May 17, 2008 Ambassador Report Posted May 17, 2008 These look real nice Corter, the one thing I think you should do as well though, is to burnish the edges. I think this would really add to the beauty of your wallets. Ken Quote

Contributing Member Regis Posted May 17, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted May 17, 2008 Corter, Very neat designs with clean lines...I like um'. The purple does not look like and overlay (e.g. the other sewn on accents). It looks more like you simply dyed part of the outside purple. Is that correct? If so, did you use some kind of mask to acheive the sharp line? All are very nice. Thank you for sharing. Regis Quote
