Craftool Strap Cutter In Metal

I've seen in a DVD the picture tool in metallic material. I've got wood, and tends to ruin. Does anyone know where I can find it in metal?

I have not been able to find it. it is made by craftool part number 3079-00 the pro strap cutter.
