Members johnggrg Posted November 27, 2011 Members Report Posted November 27, 2011 Ok I wanted to ask the people who know first before I start. I know when lining a book cover it is good to slightly close the cover when gluing the lining in so not to get wrinkles when folded closed or open. Should I bend the flap of the purse as I am gluing the lining in so not to get wrinkles? I am doing a Tandy western clasic II purse for my daughter. Just so you know it one peice for back and flap. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. John Quote
Contributing Member Ferg Posted November 27, 2011 Contributing Member Report Posted November 27, 2011 I would bend it about half of what you would do with a book cover. You don't want the glued bend to interfere with opening the purse. ferg Ok I wanted to ask the people who know first before I start.
