Image Resizing

I have a picture from online that I would like to tranfer to a piece problem is that I want to put it on a wallet and it is way to big, Does anybody have a way for resizing images?

Gimp is free & easy to use:

even easier method. no software downloads necessary.

print the image, use your printers copy function and use that to shrink it to the size you need. if you make it the wrong size, you don't have to pull up a program to try again. all it costs is an extra piece of paper.

If you happen to have windows 7 the paint program has the ability to resize by pixel or percent.

I use Prish Image Resizer CLICK HERE It's a free download which allows you to right click on any image you have downloaded to a file and change it's size. The right click menu offers about 4 size options and a custom option. It saves the re-sized copy right next to the original. It's so fast and handy I can't imagin being without it.
