Another option, after the second "No you're not" + demand to speak to the boss: Chuckle, say "Just a moment please," put the caller on hold for a few seconds, then come back on with the exact same voice. "This is the boss; how may I help you?" On second thought, that means you have to deal with them a little longer. I like your version much better.
