Members Rayban Posted February 6, 2012 Members Report Posted February 6, 2012 (edited) Rayban, That is too awesome! What is the weight of the thread? What kind of thread and where did you get it? What is the weight of the leather and what did you sew it with? Einar Thanks Einar, I used 277, bonded nylon thread with #25 needle on those belts, but lately I've been using 207 with #24, and I'm liking the results/look better. I get my thread from a couple different sources, Toledo Industrial Sewing Machine if what I need is available, and The Thread Exchange. I'm a happy owner of a Cowboy 3500....thanks for asking. KAYAK45 Posted February 25, 2012 Author Report Posted February 25, 2012 GREAT IDEA DWIGHT! That's what I was looking for, and why I love this forum! Put out a problem and an answer comes forth. Now all I have to do is make a few patterns and I'll be set. Thanks a lot. Kevin Quote Once believed in GOD and the DOllAR...... Hello God!
