Noah Report post Posted August 5, 2008 (edited) I made this halter for a friend a few years ago. This is my Mare modeling it as she wanted a pic emailed to her with her wearing it. Noah Report post Posted August 5, 2008 Art it was single layer. I asked how she wanted it and she didn't want lined for some reason. And wanted a single layer so it would hang nicely {as she put it}.
