Here is an idea.  Try experimenting with Elmers glue and a syringe. It takes a bit of practice but the drops dry clear and it can generate a cool effect.

I'll try that first thing tomorrow. Thanks. Just got a new airbrush and my mind is reeling with things I want to try. Also broke down and got the compresser too. 50% off at AC Moore.

I didnt watch the video but the way I do it is to actually use water drops and then spray your paint over them and let it dry. I learned that from Mike Levelle from killerpaint I think it was on an episode of overhauling.
