Members Garange Posted February 23, 2013 Members Report Posted February 23, 2013 (edited) Recently finished an OWB holster using Ostrich Leg Skin for a Glock 26. Just wondering what others may think about it? Gary (Betz Gunleather) As requested I'm attaching some photos of the back, edges, and belt slots. Edited February 23, 2013 by Garange Quote

Members shooter55 Posted February 25, 2013 Members Report Posted February 25, 2013 Curious as to what ounce leather you used for the base. Looks excellent, by the way. Quote
Members c2369zulu Posted February 25, 2013 Members Report Posted February 25, 2013 After just working with the ostrich leg skin a few days ago for a Sodbuster sheath (posted photos), I would say that is a fine job you did! I really like it. I found I really like the ostrich, but the larger scales can be difficult to cut at times and the edging is a little tricky. I did not edge bevel my edges or the belt loops, but did sand a little and applied brown edge coat to the outer edges................Rory Quote
