Members paprhangr Posted November 16, 2013 Author Members Report Posted November 16, 2013 thank you, how is your latest seat coming along? Quote
Members paprhangr Posted January 6, 2014 Author Members Report Posted January 6, 2014 Seat #4, first seat I wet moulded over the pad/pan and made a stitch ledge then machine sewed the pieces together, the round braid is very nice but takes a lot of time. Quote
Members jmann8686 Posted January 10, 2014 Members Report Posted January 10, 2014 Wow nice seats. This makes me want to work on mine. I made one last year. It looks alright but was not a good seat to sit on. Not very comfortable and not enough raise in the back of seat. If I jumped on the throttle I slid back. Quote
Members paprhangr Posted January 10, 2014 Author Members Report Posted January 10, 2014 Thanks Jmann, I'm a beginner but enjoy. Give it a go I get my pans from Accufast2d.net. Todd has many styles with plenty of flip up keep you in the seat. I use neoprene closed cell foam I get from http://www.foamforyou.com/Closed_Cell_Foam.htm Quote
Members jmann8686 Posted January 20, 2014 Members Report Posted January 20, 2014 Thank you paprhangr for the sites. I'm hoping once I get settled in 100% in the new house and I have time to work on leather instead of the house I will be able to get back at it. Quote
